| Our church had an event today called "every man a mentor". It was at the Youth Horizons ranch. There were various projects to do, boys to hang out with and time to eat and play together. Sam, Ben and I helped pick up a lot of sticks and branches along a tree line. The tree line was about a quarter mile or so. We filled up about five pick up trucks of branches. |

| After lunch, there were some various events for the boys to participate in. Here, Sam and Ben are shooting paint balls at a target. It was a lot of fun. |

| This afternoon, we went down to the beach party at the River Festival. We didn't really know what to expect, but the boys had a blast. They had just finished smoothing out the sand and watering it down when we got there, so the sand was nice and damp. |
